Juan’s main ability lies in versatility. He likes to find interesting ways to tell stories. Storytelling and working with actors are two areas in which he loves to explore new possibilities. He likes to mix his passion for storytelling with a constant search for his own aesthetics. His advertisement for YPF Serviclub titled “Gato” [Cat] won the Golden Lápiz, “MTV Mierda” [MTV Shit] won the Ojo de Iberoamérica for new talents. “Jumbo Amelia” was a finalist at the Martín Fierro. His short film “Infamia” [Infamy], inspired in a short story by Jorge L. Borges, toured countless festivals after its premiere at the 2007 BAFICI, where it received the Pablo Neruda Award.
