He has directed commercials, music videos, films, documentaries, and series—navigating between worlds that enrich his creative vision. He began as a creative in advertising, later working as an assistant director and editor, before becoming a director at some of Colombia’s top production companies. Mauricio has worked with major networks like HBO, National Geographic, and Discovery. He has filmed in countries such as Argentina, France, and the U.S., and has received international recognition including London Awards, Effie, and the Society of Illustrators Gold Medal.
